MHT's Story
With a family history in distribution and groceries, our owner Tony, moved from Perth to Sydney and started MHT in 2000.
The mission was simple: provide our customers whatever they needed to succeed.
Over two decades later, that mission hasn't changed. We've grown, added custom packaging services, and built a team that genuinely cares, and we're still the same family business at heart.

Quality diverse food products
We personally test and use our products to make sure the quality from our suppliers is good enough for our customers.
Our team comes from all different cultures and backgrounds (Chinese, Vietnamese, Indian, Lebanese), and so do our customers. We love how the different cultures bring diverse variety to our lives and we want to help our customers continue sharing their world with others.
If a manufacturer changes their process and the quality drops, we'll replace or refund the item without the runaround, and we'll go back to the supplier to make sure it gets sorted. Your kitchen deserves products that actually do the job.
We're big on value
Running a food business is hard enough.
We want to make it as smooth and economical as possible for you. If there's an alternative product that would make your life easier or save you money, we won't hesitate to recommend it.
Our custom packaging is priced close enough to generic alternatives that the choice becomes a no-brainer. Same budget, but every box and bag is out there representing your brand.

Meet the Team
Check out the people behind MHT's day-to-day operations.
TONY
Owner and director of MHT. He started this company in 2000 and through all the iterations of the business, is still very hands-on. If there's a problem to solve, Tony's usually the first one in.
Mattie
The mother of MHT in every sense. She handles our accounts and looks after our staff and customers with genuine empathy and care. Mattie makes sure everyone is fed and happy, customers included. She's passionate about food and always keen to learn about new flavours, so if you've got interesting food ideas, she'd love to hear about them.
Hanson
Our Head of Tech. With 12 years working across startups in the electrical and solar industry, he brings a solid understanding of good processes and what it takes to deliver great customer service. Hanson has a genuine passion for food and for helping people, so if you've got a tricky problem, he'll find a way to sort it out.
Deep
Our warehouse manager. She looks after our warehouse space, making sure we have sufficient stock and everything is easily accessible. Got a question about a product? Deep knows the warehouse and our range like the back of her hand.
Charbel
Our warehouse assistant. For most orders, Charbel has picked them off our shelves and packed them into boxes. It's hard work, but he does it with care to make sure you get exactly what you ordered.
John
Our delivery driver and one of our most senior staff. He's been with us for over a decade and knows most of our customers by name and face. John has travelled all over NSW (probably done a few laps of it by now). With logistics, there are always unexpected delays, but John works hard to beat the traffic and get your goods to you on time.
Tina
Our office manager and newest team member. She's quickly learnt the ropes and works hand-in-hand with Deep to manage the warehouse digitally. Tina works meticulously to ensure our stock accuracy and admin is spot-on. Without that strong foundation, the warehouse would just be a shed.
